Can I use TwoMoves without an integration?
Absolutely! TwoMoves functions perfectly as a standalone platform. You can easily progress through milestones by simply selecting the appropriate stage from the drop-down menu in the TwoMoves interface.
Can I customise which stage is linked to each milestone?
When you set up TwoMoves for the first time with an integration, you'll be asked to match your case management stages with the TwoMoves stages. This gives you full control over when a client is updated based on your case management activity.
How do I keep track of which TwoMoves portal belongs to which client?
Don't worry - TwoMoves generates a unique invite for each case. This allows you to easily check the milestone status and reshare the link if your client requests it. Additionally, your TwoMoves dashboard displays all active cases with their corresponding client details.
